About the Role
**MANTECH** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Systems Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This is a position will be managing and advancing a wide-area IT environment and requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.

+ Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
+ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across hardware, firmware, OS, and application layers, often requiring deep-dive root cause analysis.
