About the Role

Lead Support Engineer (AWS)
Sydney | Hybrid | Up to $185k + Super + Bonus

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the operational reliability of a large-scale AWS-based platform, combining deep technical troubleshooting, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

The Role
Lead and mentor a team of support engineers

Own the day-to-day health of a complex cloud platform

Investigate and resolve production incidents

Support API integrations and partner onboarding

Analyse trends to prevent recurring issues

Work closely with engineering and product teams

The role oversees technical support, integrations, analytics, and platform operations.
What We’re Looking For
