Job Description
The Lead Software Engineer (React & ) is responsible for leading the development of high-performance, secure, and scalable customer-facing web applications. This role ensures strict adherence to coding standards through full code ownership and review, mentors the engineering team, and drives agile delivery in close collaboration with the Director of Software Development.
Key Responsibilities
Code Quality & Standards
Perform 100% code reviews to enforce best practices, clean architecture, and coding standards.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency across all web applications.
Application Performance & Security
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
