Key Responsibilities:
Component Development & Library Ownership
Partner with UX designers to bring design concepts to life through reusable, responsive components.Gather requirements and feedback from Product Managers, UI/UX teams, and developers to ensure alignment and usability.Promote adoption of the UI component library across teams by spreading excitement, conducting demos, and showcasing best practices.Influence and inspire other developers to embrace accessibility and design consistency.Accessibility & Standards Compliance
