Lead Software Engineer
, you will be the driving force behind the teams building our diverse product suite. You will balance the people side of engineering—coaching and hiring—with the delivery side, ensuring that our IoT, AI, and Fintech-integrated modules are robust, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in our mission to digitize over 1,200 security firms and property management companies in Malaysia.

   Oversee the development lifecycles across our core pillars:

   AI & IoT-driven security workforce management.
3. MesraHR:
   Our cloud-based HRMS focusing on payroll automation, claims, and attendance.
4. PropKita & PropKira:
   Smart property management and resident apps, including integrated accounting and LPR (License Plate Recognition) parking systems.
