Lead Software Engineer - AI Workflow Automation

BJAK is using AI, automation and backend logic to improve end-to-end insurance operations. The work includes customer data flows, insurer approvals, document requests, policy issuance, endorsements and claims follow-ups.

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who can own these systems from problem definition to delivery.

What You’ll Own

• Lead delivery of AI workflow automation projects.
• Translate operational problems into clear engineering plans.
• Design backend and system flows for multi-step insurance processes.
• Review implementation quality, reliability and technical trade-offs.
• Mentor engineers and raise delivery standards.
• Work closely with product, operations, QA and DevOps.
• Improve release quality, monitoring and root cause fixes.
