Lead Software Developer

HackerTrail is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a permanent opportunity with a well-established organisation delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems in a highly regulated environment.
This role sits within a structured engineering setup and focuses on building and maintaining enterprise-grade software systems. The work is hands-on, delivery-focused, and suited for someone who is comfortable owning components end to end while also guiding other engineers.
The team works on scalable platforms, internal systems, and proof-of-concepts, often collaborating closely with infrastructure, security, and R&D teams.
