The Role
We’re hiring a Lead Software Developer to take technical ownership of a modern, customer-facing investment platform. You’ll shape the architecture, lead a small development team, and stay hands-on in building scalable, high-quality software.
What You’ll Do
- Own the technical architecture and delivery of a core platform
- Lead and coach a cross-functional dev team (~5 people)
- Contribute hands-on in JavaScript / TypeScript / React
- Plan and prioritise the roadmap with Product & Operations
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and stability
- Improve CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment
- Resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement
