What You’ll Do
As a Lead Software Development Engineer in test :
Establish and enforce quality benchmarks and standards across the engineering organization.
Handles a mid size team of 2-5 engineers and works closely with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are smooth.
Design and implement mechanisms to measure the overall health and performance of the platform
Advocate for and implement Shift Left testing practices to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.
Define and standardize test automation strategies and frameworks across projects to ensure consistency and scalability.
Own the architecture of automation libraries, ensuring compatibility with modern development pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to optimize testing efforts.
