- Own the Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and long-term roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Build and maintain automation using Flow and declarative tools.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including HR platforms.
- Act as both technical architect and hands-on administrator.
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and drive platform decisions.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
