Ideally need people who have done:
- 2. API, Configurations
- 3. Define Workflows on Force.com
- 4. Architect to Process Level
- 5. Product Configurations and Understanding of Business Aspect
- 6. Augment their existing team on Technical Side
- 7. Telecom or Utilities background
- 8. Ramp-up team very quickly
- 9. Need to hire experienced people
- 10. Any exp. migrating from Dynamics CRM & Great Plains to Salesforce.com
- 11. Have to be Salesforce Experts – Certified preferred
