About the Role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to petrochemicals or large industrial environments
- Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors, SAP (or other similar systems), HR analytics, and workforce planning tools
- Ability to analyze complex data, produce insights, and present to senior leadership
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
