Lead Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Lead Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator to oversee the commercial and contractual management of a major project based in Mons, Belgium. This role, requires strong self-management, digital collaboration skills, and experience working with international stakeholders.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for cost control, contract administration, procurement oversight, risk management, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
