About the Role
Lead planning and execution of complex testing, including automation across test types.
Oversee QA work of others; provide expertise and escalate issues as needed.
Lead test strategy, test plans, prioritization, traceability, and reporting; manage competing priorities with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in test practices/tools and reliability/coverage.
Coach/mentor and allocate tasks; support team development.
What you must have:
Demonstrate ability to create comprehensive test plans, including a variety of test types.
Proficiency in test management tools such as TestRail and integrations with other tools such as Jira.
Profound understanding of test types and paradigms as well as test automation and basic programming.
