Lead Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Lead QA Analyst (Backend & Frontend) with 7–8 years of experience who can own end-to-end quality across applications. The role requires strong expertise in automated testing , backend–frontend integration, and ensuring reliable, high-quality user experiences across all scenarios.
Key activities and results
1. Own and enforce QA standards across backend and frontend systems.
2. Build and execute automation-first test strategies (API, integration, regression, E2E).
3. Ensure end-to-end test coverage, including edge cases and failure scenarios.
4. Detect issues early, drive root-cause analysis, and prevent production defects.
5. Maintain test cases, automation suites, and quality metrics.
6. Lead release readiness and communicate risks and quality status to stakeholders.
