Lead Python Engineer with Gen AI

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Lead with deep experience in building Generative AI

applications, particularly using Azure OpenAI.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend engineering expertise, hands-on experience in LLM-

based solution development, and the ability to design, architect, and deploy AI-driven applications

at scale.

This role requires close collaboration with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to

deliver innovative GenAI capabilities aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI / LLM Development

Design, develop, and optimize GenAI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI (GPT

models, embeddings, RAG pipelines, function calling, agents).

Implement LLM operations including:
