Industrial Services Pakistan specializing in shutdowns and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for dynamic and results-driven Lead Proposals for the head office in Lahore. This role demands an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Bids & contractual obligations for Turnarounds and Retrofit Projects of the Oil & Gas industries in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
Review ITB and contractual documents to identify and determine obligations and risk factors related to the bid.
Evaluate and analyze proposals to check the accuracy of all results for a comprehensive technical and commercially viable proposal for review by Management.
Review Technical Documents like Project Schedules, Project Organization Charts, Resource Deployments, Method Statement etc. and commercial documents like Bid Package and Client Price Schedule.
Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
