This role demands an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Bids & contractual obligations for Turnarounds and Retrofit Projects of the Oil & Gas industries in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Review ITB and contractual documents to identify and determine obligations and risk factors related to the bid.
- Evaluate and analyze proposals to check the accuracy of all results for a comprehensive technical and commercially viable proposal for review by Management.
- Review Technical Documents like Project Schedules, Project Organization Charts, Resource Deployments, Method Statement etc. and commercial documents like Bid Package and Client Price Schedule.
