Job Description Summary We are seeking a Lead Program Integrator (LPI) with a strong software and computer science background, solid server fundamentals, and a keen interest in AI and digital products. The ideal candidate is curious about new technologies, familiar with emerging AI tools and mainstream large models, and eager to embrace and apply them in daily work.

The LPI is responsible for driving cross-functional teams to deliver on all program deliverables for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and release iterations for Healthcare Digital products, adhering to Quality Management System (QMS) standards. This role interfaces with leadership and program teams to define plans, track tasks/issues to closure, and raise risk awareness. The position reports to the Engineering Leader.
