• Focuses on one specific project as lead contributor and technical specialist.
• Develops and formulates advanced engineering concepts.
• Manages a mid-sized team of process engineers.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Leads autonomous project execution (pre-FEED, FEED <20,000 man-hours) with full accountability for:
• Budget & man-hour control
• Planning & progress follow-up
• Serves as Deputy Process Manager for FEED projects (>20,000 man-hours).
• Acts as Interface Manager/Technical Coordinator for projects exceeding 70,000 process man-hours, ensuring cross-disciplinary design alignment.

Lead Process Specialist Engineer Specifics

• Develops technical & commercial proposals, including contractual management.
• Leads consulting services and specialized engineering advisory.
