Lead – PMS & Management Reporting

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Performance Management System (PMS) & Management Reporting function within FP&A. The PMS Team Lead will be responsible for end-to-end performance management of the business vertical, owning monthly PMS, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, executive dashboards, and order backlog tracking. The role will act as a single source of truth for business performance, coordinating closely with sales, operations, projects, and functional leaders to translate business activity into clear, reliable, and actionable insights.
