About the Role

Scope
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Operations Research (OR) to design and build scalable optimization solutions. This role combines strong engineering fundamentals with advanced analytical modeling to solve complex business problems using optimization techniques, data engineering, and AI-driven approaches.
What you'll do:
Lead the design and development of optimization and decisioning systems using OR techniques (LP, MIP, heuristics, metaheuristics).
Build scalable backend systems using Python for high-performance data processing and solver integrations.
Develop and manage data pipelines leveraging Snowflake and other modern data platforms.
Design and optimize data models using MongoDB and/or other NoSQL databases.
Integrate AI/ML models into decision systems for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
