Overview

This position is based in Lima (Peru) at IDB Invest, which is the private sector arm of the IDB Group and an international financial institution committed to addressing the development needs of Latin America and the Caribbean. Our mission is to support sustainable enterprises and projects that deliver financial results while maximizing social and environmental impact in the region. IDB Invest operates in 26 countries across four geographic regions and three vertical industries: Infrastructure and Energy, Financial Institutions, and Corporates.

We are reorganizing our structure to support a new transformative business model, Originate to Share, and have recently approved a substantial capitalization to scale investments and unlock greater private sector participation. The Regions Department manages business and client relationships from a country perspective, with regional and industry divisions supporting sectoral expertise and portfolio management.
