About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION Develop unique technical programs for microbial control in water treatment applications such as membrane systems, cooling systems; provide technical insights in resolving microbial control issues for customers. Design and set up lab-scale microbial control simulation tests which reflect industrial system settings. Plan, perform, and interpret results from relevant experiments and present data in a concise and usable format to various stakeholders. Develop the application guidance of microbial control programs. Collaborate with marketing, industrial technical consultants, regulatory, supply chain, engineering team to deploy new products or technologies in microbial control for customers Interact with customers and identify customer needs to gain 1st hand insights for innovation ideation to build multiple year innovation roadmap.
