About the Role
Lead the development and integration of mechanical systems for transportation platforms and products
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, CAD designers, and suppliers
Ensure design compliance with technical requirements, validation, and certification processes
Supervise and coordinate a mechanical design team (MDEs, CAD Designers, and potentially other MLEs)
Ensure proper design governance, documentation, and ERP system integration
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical integration domain
Lead mechanical installation development and integration activities
Manage design requirements and ensure conformity for validation and certification
