Role Overview

You’ll join ecobee’s Brand and Product Marketing team as a senior individual contributor with broad, cross‑functional impact. As a Lead Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic owner of go‑to‑market execution and growth initiatives for ecobee’s ecosystem solutions with a focus on ecobee’s security offering. This role does not have direct reports, but it carries executive‑level influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution, including launch readiness, GTM sign‑off, and market delivery across products and services.
• Translate product and portfolio positioning and storytelling into clear consumer messaging, and launch plans across all customer and sales channels.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for launch quality, timing, and consistency across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.
