As aLead Marketing Designer, you balance creative perfection with team leadership, guiding designers to deliver high-quality work that aligns with broader business and product goals. You lead a small design team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and actionable feedback to foster both individual and collective growth. You set goals, oversee timelines, and ensure consistent delivery standards across multiple projects or business initiatives. 

You collaborate closely with producers, product owners, game designers, and engineers—translating strategic objectives into cohesive creative output. You drive team development, elevate craft quality, and refine workflows to improve efficiency, communication, and impact across functions.
