About the Role
A leading engineering company in Penang seeks a Mid-Senior Level Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead a team to enhance maintenance and equipment performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering and at least 10 years of experience, including extensive knowledge of TPM. You will be responsible for mentorship, teamwork, and compliance with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
