Lead Software Developer is an exciting role for a software engineer to drive design and development of complex technology solutions that improve operational excellence and stability of the Retail Investments Technology platform. What will you do?

Lead and drive the end-to-end design of Retail Investments Core Systems in the platform Resilience and Maintenance space. Lead implementation of AI-based solutions that improve development efficiencies and strengthen application safety. Identify, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to replace manual workflows and streamline Core Banking operational processes. Guide a team of engineers in adopting AI-driven debugging, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation tools to reduce incident resolution time.
