Lead Mainframe Performance and Capacity Engineer
As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, you apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. Continue to evolve your technical and cross‑functional knowledge outside of your aligned domain of expertise.
The candidate will be an engineer of Mainframe and Midrange Compute (MMC) Performance Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Mainframe System Performance support and activities in JPMorgan Chase's z/OS environment.
- Work closely with Level 3/4 engineering support organizations such as Automation, Application Performance, Capacity Planning, DB2/IMS, CICS, MQ, WebSphere, System Software Groups, SRE Operations, Production Assurance and client development organizations to ensure high availability and delivery of quality support services.
