Lead Mainframe Developer

We are looking for candidates who havedeep technical expertise inmainframeenvironments, not just support-level experience.

Core Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience inCOBOL, JCL, DB2, and FOCUS
• Experience working inbatch processing environments
• Hands-on knowledge ofCA-7 scheduling
• Strong understanding offlat files and dataset-based processing environments
• Capability toanalyze and interpret legacy/custom-developed programs, including:
  • Understanding program logic and workflows
  • Identifying data flows and dependencies
  • Supporting maintainability and system documentation
• Ability to independentlyreview and assess existingmainframecodebase
• Strong analytical skills todecode and document legacy systems
• Prior experience inonsite lead roles, managing and guiding offshore teams
