Roles and Responsibilities
Design, Deploy, maintain, support and administer Active Directory, O, windows servers and theapplications running on Wintel servers.
Define standards and processes for the technologies and ensure those are followed.
Create and manage documentation for technologies and ensure they are up to date.
Identify and implement the ideal solution for the company’s and business’s needs in a constantly changing
environment.
Lead, encourage and empower the subordinates and other peer group of members of the core IT services.
Provide 4 th line support for the Infrastructure team whom escalate issues they cannot resolve.
Be a member of a virtual team which requires excellent communication skills.
Be a member of a call for out of hours support.
