Title:: Java tech Lead (Immediate Joiners )

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications for banking systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations and cloud deployments.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
- Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and compliance protocols, especially relevant to banking systems.
