We’re recruiting for a stable, mission-driven technology team based in Columbus, OH. This role requires working onsite in a hybrid schedule three days per week and is best suited for a Senior Java engineer who already lives in the Columbus area and is seeking a long-term, hands-on technical role with real influence. This is a technical lead position so it's not a people management role. You’ll serve as a trusted engineering resource while staying close to the code.
