Job Title: Lead IT Systems Analyst (Automation)
Shift: Day shift 8 am – 5 pm
Work set up: Hybrid 3x a week in BGC Taguig and Ortigas, Pasig
Salary range: 80K to 150K (Maximum)
Required years of experience: 3+ years

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Microsoft Power Platform certifications) are highly desirable.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automation/RPA developer.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Automation Anywhere and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Completion of at least 3 enterprise-level RPA engagements covering the full lifecycle (requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare).
