We're seeking a Lead IT Analyst to join our Commercial Cards Agile Release Train and take ownership of requirements analysis and refinement across our platform modernization initiatives. Beyond traditional analysis, you'll collaborate with Architects and Feature Owner/Product owner to translate business needs into technical requirements, mentor other analysts, and play a crucial role in our migration from IBMi to newer technology stacks.
