About the Role

About the Role : The Saviynt IGA & CPAM Support Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day operational support, incident management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of Saviynt IGA and Cloud PAM platforms.


The role manages a support team, ensures SLA adherence, drives root cause analysis, and collaborates with delivery, security, and application teams to maintain a stable and secure identity ecosystem.


What You’ll Do: Lead L2/L3 support for Saviynt IGA and Saviynt CPAM modules.


Monitor platform health, scheduled jobs, connectors, and task execution.


Troubleshoot failures related to: Access request workflows, Provisioning/deprovisioning tasks, Birthright/automated provisioning, CPAM vaulting and session management.


Handle user onboarding/offboarding issues and lifecycle exceptions.


Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements via ITSM tools.
