Role Overview
The Lead ICT Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering ICT, AV, and Security design packages across building projects. The role leads the project design team, ensures high-quality technical outputs, oversees BIM integration, and drives innovation within the MEPI discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Lead ICT design activities across all project stages in compliance with company standards.
- Act as the client-facing focal point for ICT design matters and coordinate cross-disciplinary inputs.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality documentation.
- Oversee BIM integration and promote advanced tools and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standard design documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support design reviews and client presentations.
