Lead IAM Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior/Lead Consultant specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture and development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, customizing, and implementing IAM solutions, particularly with IIQ versions 8.3 and 8.4. This role involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SailPoint IIQ solutions for enterprise-scale IAM deployments.
• Drive end to end implementation, customization, and enhancement of IIQ modules.
• Develop, review, and optimize complex workflows, rules, and custom connectors (primarily in Java and Beanshell).
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for IIQ deployments.
• Manage version control and branching strategies using Git for multi-developer IAM projects.
