We’re looking for a Workday expert (12–18 yrs) for a Lead role focused on Position Management, Organization Structures, Workplace/Location Data, and Security & Access Governance .
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 days WFO)
Shift: General
Key focus areas:
- Strong hands-on Workday Position Management (lifecycle, supervisory orgs, job profiles, organizational hierarchies, FTE, position lifecycle)
- Experience in Workplace & location data management
- Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning concepts.
- Good understanding of Workday security & access governance
- Exposure to M&A / org restructuring
- Stakeholder & team leadership experience
- Active Workday certification preferred ...
