About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools. You'll drive outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and support the sales team by building a strong pipeline. 1–3 years of experience in lead gen, great communication skills, and a proactive attitude are key.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound communication (emails, LinkedIn messages, cold calls).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to nurture prospects.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
