About the Role

As a Lead Generation Representative, you will play a key role in driving Somnio's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across LATAM. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team. This role combines research, communication, and analytical skills to help expand our client base and strengthen collaboration between marketing and sales.

  • Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automations, and outreach sequences).

  • Manage the lead database and segmentations within the CRM (HubSpot).

  • Develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

  • Prospect new target accounts: identify decision-makers, conduct research, and build qualified lead lists.
