JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The LeadGen/Data Resource is responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, refining and validating it for accuracy, managing databases, removing duplicates, and creating clean master data sheets. The role also requires hands‑on proficiency in Excel and a strong grip on campaign management using Salesforce or other outreach platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extract and aggregate data from multiple internal and external data sources
• Clean, refine, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Validate email addresses and contact details to maintain data quality
• Identify and remove duplicate records across databases
• Create, maintain, and manage master data sheets using Excel
• Manage and update databases in an organized and scalable manner
