About the Role
To enable Sales Development Representative (SDR) success and improve lead quality by managing a structured data ecosystem and providing insightful performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- CRM Design & Maintenance (Excel/Macros): Build, scale, and maintain the custom Excel-based CRM, ensuring stability and adapting it to team needs. This includes creating standardized SDR tabs for managing detailed prospect data (contacts, provider info, expiry timelines, etc.).
- Data Quality & Standardization: Implement strict formatting rules (e.g., dropdowns) and regularly audit SDR-entered data for accuracy. Implement quality control to ensure consistency across key fields (disposition, sentiment, etc.).
- Lead Management: Maintain master account lists, manage monthly lead distribution, and de-duplicate records to prevent overlaps among SDRs.
