MARS are recruiting a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing Australian company at the intersection of financial media and technology. With a mission to help investors make smarter decisions, their platforms deliver high-impact content and data to over 1 million users every month.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect and deliver the next generation of our market-leading platforms from rebuilding legacy systems to launching entirely new features
Lead technical decision-making and act as the technical 2IC to the CTO, helping shape long-term strategy
Build high-performance APIs, scalable backend services, and modern frontends (they use Vue.js, but React experience is also welcome)
Collaborate closely with product and design - you'll help shape the roadmap, not just ship tickets
Mentor a talented, close-knit engineering team
