Birmingham-based software house is looking for a hands-on Lead Fullstack Developer / Technical Lead to own architecture, tech stack, and best practices for a small development team.
 
Key Skills:

5+ years cloud full-stack development
2+ years in a Senior / Lead role with mentoring experience
Node.js, TypeScript, C# (.NET)
React, TypeScript
Strong SQL + MongoDB / NoSQL
Azure (App Services, Azure Batch)
Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines)Role:

Lead architecture across Node, React & .NET
Stay hands-on in the codebase
Design scalable cloud and data solutions
Mentor developers and set technical standards
