We are hiring a Lead Full Stack GIS Developer to take full technical ownership of a large-scale 3D GIS web platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will:

• Lead and manage the GIS development team
• Contribute directly to frontend and backend development
• Mentor junior developers and resolve complex technical blockers
• Ensure code quality, architecture alignment, and milestone delivery
• Report consolidated progress directly to the CTO
• You will be accountable for both your own development output and your team's performance.
