What You’ll Build

As a Lead Full-Stack Engineer , you will own the architecture and technical direction of The Flex platform — spanning web applications, APIs, automation engines, and cloud infrastructure.

You’ll lead by building. You’ll design systems, set standards, and make key technical decisions while remaining deeply hands‑on across the stack. This is not a people‑management role. It’s a technical leadership role for someone who wants to shape systems, mentor by example, and build platforms that scale globally.
