- Account for others' developmental activities; assist Project Manager in day-to-day project execution.
- Provide onsite leadership for technical mobile development.
- Review and approve architecture/design decisions.
- Mentor and guide offshore development teams.
- Align implementation with the company's technical ecosystem (Epic/3rd party integrations).
- Support onsite demos and UAT.
