Lead Full Stack Developer - Enterprise Content Manager

Overview

What is the opportunity? As an Enterprise Content Manager Developer, you will lead the technical design and development of cross-functional enterprise content management (ECM) systems. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ECM platforms, industry best practices, frameworks, and programming/scripting languages to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology partners, you will identify technical requirements, design robust solutions, and validate implementations to achieve critical business OKRs (objectives and key results).

This role focuses on designing and developing enterprise-grade content management and workflow solutions for RBC's digital document and content management needs. Working within an Agile product development environment, you will enable business partners to adopt solutions quickly while delivering highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
